Use of the Website and Enquiries

Use the site for personal, lawful enquiries about home technology and related services.

1.1 Using this site

You may browse the site and use its enquiry forms to ask about Lotus Smart Living Pte Ltd products or services. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code or use our content to mislead others.

1.2 Enquiries and consultations

Provide accurate contact details and relevant information when you contact us or request a consultation. We use those details to respond and discuss your requirements. An enquiry or consultation does not itself create a contract for installation, subscription or ongoing support.

Any work we agree to carry out will be subject to the scope, fees, timing and other conditions confirmed with you in writing. Consultation terms are confirmed before work begins.

1.3 Site information and intellectual property

Product descriptions and service information are general guidance. Details may change as products, supplier terms or service availability change. We may update or remove site content without prior notice.

Text, page layouts, graphics and Lotus Smart Living Pte Ltd brand elements belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without written permission.

Use the site responsibly.

Services, Devices and Important Disclaimers

A home setup depends on the property, compatible equipment and the written scope agreed for the job.

2.1 Installation and integration

Installation work is limited to the tasks agreed with you in writing. It may depend on access, wiring, Wi-Fi coverage, device compatibility, HDB or building requirements, and permissions from the relevant owner or management body. We will not alter structural, electrical or other building systems unless that work is expressly agreed and appropriately authorised.

2.2 Third-party devices and services

Smart devices, networks, voice platforms and other third-party services may be governed by separate manufacturer or provider terms. Those providers control their own products, accounts, updates and service availability. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's terms; please contact that manufacturer about a claim under its warranty.

2.3 Subscriptions, maintenance and warranties

Any subscription fee, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation process or maintenance commitment will be set out in the relevant service details or agreement. A warranty from Lotus Smart Living Pte Ltd, if offered, applies only as stated in its written warranty terms. It does not automatically cover third-party products, misuse, unauthorised changes, network outages or normal wear.

Monitoring is a support tool, not emergency care

AI alerts, sensors and elderly monitoring tools can miss events, be delayed or stop working because of power, connectivity, device or service issues. They do not replace emergency services, medical advice, clinical assessment or professional care. Keep suitable emergency arrangements in place, and contact emergency services directly when urgent help is needed.

2.4 AI outputs and household decisions

AI-generated suggestions and alerts can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information and make care, safety and medical decisions with the appropriate people or professionals. Do not rely on an AI alert as the only way to detect an emergency.

Keep a backup plan.

03

Liability and How to Reach Us

These terms set out reasonable limits while preserving rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

3.1 Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Lotus Smart Living Pte Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a third-party device, provider, network interruption, inaccurate information supplied by a visitor, or reliance on an AI alert as an emergency or care service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Our services and website are provided subject to the scope and conditions agreed with you. You remain responsible for deciding whether a product or monitoring arrangement suits your household and for maintaining appropriate care and emergency arrangements.

3.2 Singapore law

Singapore law governs these terms. The Singapore courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights or processes that apply under local law.

3.3 Questions and changes
